Refund Policy

Eastve sells digital content that is generated and delivered instantly. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which also handles billing support.

One-time purchases

One-time purchases include the Deep Name Report, the Yearly BaZi guidance report, the Oracle deep interpretation, and individual tool unlocks.

• Full refund within 14 days if the content has not been generated or unlocked.
• Once a report has been generated or a feature unlocked, the digital content is considered delivered and is non-refundable, except where required by law.
• If a report failed to generate because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will refund it in full or generate it again for you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund the unused portion of a billing period.

EU and UK consumers

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By generating a report you acknowledge that the digital content is delivered immediately, and you lose this right once delivery begins.

How to request a refund

Email hello@eastve.com with the email address used at checkout and your order number. Approved refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days.
